just a quick note that (a) i'm still a graduate student, rather than a writer for the independent, but (b) i'm more than game to have a go if offered! by the way, this was a part of my master's thesis back in 1995; iordanova and others have done nice work along these lines more recently. thanks for letting me be a part of the page--it looks like it was a brilliant fest.

Great page, excellent design and good info about Czech films. I wish they would do something like this hier in Germany, in Regensburg. I would like to see some of the movies because I haven't seen all of them yet. Is Staropramen going to be served during the movies? :)

I got very excited when I read about czech films in uk - then realised that as I spend 3 months in S.Bohemia each summer I can see all the films I want without chasing around England...but lovely to be given the chance! Thanks.

All films are screened in Czech with English subtitles, apart from Flights and Falls which is screened in Czech only.
